Introduce

Tiffany Lai / Bonray Homewares Ltd.

Welcome to my author page! I’m Tiffany Lai, the co-founder and key account manager of Bonray Homewares. Our company is located in the center of China’s excelling industrial sector of metal fabrication. We specialize in producing high-quality metal housewares. From fashionable kitchen gadgets and bakeware to necessary garden and bathroom items, we offer a diverse range of houseware products and ALL-IN-ONE solutions to a global market that includes the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

In this part, I will tell you my life and career experiences and why you can trust me and my company.

Educational Background (2006-2010)

I started my academic journey at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangdong, where I studied English and International Trade in depth. This gave me a deep knowledge of both Western literature and business writing.

These skills have not only sparked my love of writing, but they have also helped me communicate clearly with our foreign clients and find my way around the complicated world of trade.

During university, I worked hard and earned both TEM4  and TEM8 English language certificates in China. I also graduated with a high GPA of 3.66. Not only did these things put me at the top of my class, they also helped me get two prestigious academic scholarships and a BA degree from Sun Yat-sen University.

My studies in English and International Trade during college laid the groundwork for my career in import-export trade. After working hard to get good grades and grants, I went to St. John’s University in New York to study abroad, which was a very important experience. This opportunity not only increased my grasp of Western literature and professional writing, but it also broadened my horizons.

Each trip, from seeing Capitol Hill and the White House in Washington, D.C., to sitting in China’s seat at the UN, visiting Lincoln’s Memorial, watching the Statue of Liberty, and walking down Fifth Avenue, was a big step toward global knowledge.

This valuable experience has not only helped me understand other cultures better, but it has also improved my professional skills, making me better prepared to deal with different business situations and problems in the global market.

It Is All About The Best Efforts

This is my favourite quote by Benjamin, I met it when I was in the US, and it always encourages me to reflect myself and do better for my clients.

Speak Little, do much.

Professional Career Journey (2010-2024)

After graduating, I worked as a sales manager in an exporting company specialized in metal household products. During this time, I developed and produced many commercial and household items for clients in Finland, the US, and Japan. I learned a lot about metalworking knowledge from concept to creation.

I attended many housewares industry trade shows during the two years. In July 2012, I led our team to a Home Products Trade Show held by the Global Sources in Miami.

This show was very important because it’s where we met professionals in the field and learned things that helped us improve our product lines. After the trade show, we learned more about the American market by visiting well-known chain stores and traveling a lot through places like Boston, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

This journey not only deepened my appreciation for American culture and meet different local people, but also refined our market approach, enabling us to tailor our products more effectively to diverse consumer needs.

It’s been fourteen years since I graduated, and now I’m happy to be a partner and key account manager at Bonray Home. Over the years, I’ve made a lot of different products for big stores in other countries, like TJX, M&S, John Lewis, and Sam’s Club. I’ve also made custom products and design improvements for labels like SS Brewtech, Blichmann, Bialetti, and Tognana. These efforts have helped our clients a great deal in growing their market presence.

A big part of my work has been my dedication to always learning and getting better.

I took a course in offline marketing in 2013 to improve my skills.

More recently, in 2023, I learned how to build PROFESSIONAL B2B websites and do SEO to better promote our goods online.

Through my professional website, I help my customers get easy access to the information they need.

It Is All About The Best Ideas

I’ve never stopped coming up with new ideas or writing, which are two things I love doing that keep me motivated at work and happy in my personal life.

Here is a list of my articles that go into detail about the complexities of our field and offer insights that can turn everyday methods into groundbreaking successes.

Just as the quote I met when I was in the US, I will never cease my passion to writing and creating.

HOW TO BE REMEMBERED

If you would not be forgotten, as soon as you are dead and rotten, either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing
