Our Manufacturing Process

STEP 1

Design & Development

Creation of product specifications and drawings based on customer requirements.

STEP 2

Molding Building

We will build a new molding and test the molding several times before mass production for the new oven pan design. For the existing pan designs, we will double-check the health of the molding before they are put into production.

STEP 3

Material Preparation

Sourcing and purchasing of raw materials needed for baking pans production. Do the preparation such as material cutting.

STEP 4

Mass Production

Determining the optimal production process, workflow, and make the metal bake pans.

STEP 5

Surface Treatment

Cleaning the metal parts, re-heating oven, base color paint coating, surface color paint coating, bake at high temperature to make the coating adhere to the metal part.

STEP 6

Quality Control

Inspecting and testing finished bakeware and cookware to ensure they meet the required quality standards.

STEP 7

Packaging

Packaging is a very important part of the process, we will do the packaging based on customers’ requirements and offer more advice considering safety transportation and user experiences.

STEP 8

International Shipping

We have rich experiences in international shipping including air freight, ocean freight, full container load, and less-than-container load.

We proudly display our ISO and BSCI certifications, as well as our compliance with the US California Assembly Bill No. 1200 (AB1200) Requirement for the silicone non-stick coating.
